The Laboratory studies the effectiveness of immune response modifiers and physical methods against injurious organisms with the purpose of developing high-effective IPM systems. It develops new bioproducts based on biologically active compounds. It conducts fundamental research on parameters, characterizing host-pathogen interaction under sunflower Phomopsis lesions. It develops agrotechnologies and methods stimulating beneficial organisms functioning in field crop rotations.
