The department for innovative activity was founded in 2000.
Basic lines of activity:
Assessment of innovative readiness of the complete research results;
Investigation of economic effectiveness of plant protection systems;
Analysis of the main application (commercialization) forms of research and development results;
Patent research in the planning and accomplishment of scientific research results in order to improve
their technical level, to provide their patentability, patent clearance and competitive ability;
Transformation the Institute’s intellectual resources into the intellectual property objects on the base
of the legal assistance currently in force corresponding the creative work results. Over the past 20 years
in the Institute more 100 patents were received for the new plant- protecting agents, methods of their
production and application.
The promotion of the scientific research of ARRIBPP are paid great attention, particularly to exhibition
activities, because the participants of intellectual property market and potential investors are necessarily
informed about new innovative projects. The Institute takes part in the annual international saloon of
innovations and investments, agri-industrial exhibitions, economic forums, where projects of the Institute
scientists are noted by numerous certificates and medals.
The Department puts into practice governmental and regional innovative policy
